 ALL staff are DBS checked, first aiders and regularly attend child protection courses.   We also attend a variety of other childcare courses and training workshops throughout the year enabling us to develop new ideas for activities, resources and areas of learning and to keep up with current legislation.

 

We all contribute to our team, and share all aspects of the setting.  We maintain a ratio of at least 1 adult to 4 children aged 2 years and 1 adult to 6 children aged 3-4.  Staff are deployed to ensure maximum benefit to the children.
